We purchase and operate 100+ unit, value-add, B- and C-class multifamily properties in the Southeastern US. Our value-add strategy focuses on value provided to both our capital partners as well as our residents. As of December 2021, we have 450+ units under our control and anticipate full-cycling three deals in January 2022.
