Wholly owned subsidiary Gradient Analytics LLC is an independent fundamental equity research firm that performs forensic accounting analysis focused on corporate earnings quality. Together, we leverage a unique collaboration of engineers and forensic accountants to create actionable research and rules-based portfolios, strategies, and indexes and a quantitative investment platform based on sophisticated multi-factor models to create actionable equity research, specialized portfolio strategies, and rules-based indexes, rankings, tools, and analytics. Unlike most other RIAs, we don’t manage investor money directly but instead primarily receive licensing and consulting fees on research, data, indexes for ETFs and TAMPs, and portfolios for UITs and SMAs.
