Investment Offering
We offer a co-investment opportunity in first-lien, business-purpose real estate debt secured by 1–4 unit residential properties in Central Texas. These are short-term loans (typically 12 months) with yields ranging from 12.5% to 14%, depending on the deal structure. Every deal is underwritten, originated, and serviced in-house, giving our investors direct access to real estate-backed opportunities with strong downside protection.
Company
Stallion Funding is the loan origination arm of our business. We originate and service all loans directly—giving us full control over underwriting, borrower relationships, and loan performance.
Stallion Capital is our capital management arm, where we operate our institutional-style real estate debt funds. Both arms work in sync to deliver a high level of oversight, speed, and returns to investors.
Independent Sponsor Model
In addition to our funds, we operate as an independent sponsor—sourcing and structuring individual loan opportunities and partnering with capital partners on a deal-by-deal basis.
Investors co-invest alongside us in specific loans, often earning double-digit fixed returns with defined exit timelines (usually 6–12 months). This model gives partners visibility and control over individual investments while leveraging our underwriting and servicing infrastructure.
