EPIC Multifamily Construction was founded in 2010 as Epic AC with an initial concentration in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and other mechanical work. In 2013 it formally changed its name to EPIC HTX after successfully assuming the general contractor role for over more than 12 major projects such as complete multi-family exterior and interior rehabs and upgrades, including projects undertaken in the wake of natural disasters.In response to increased customer demand, EPIC now operates as a full-service general contractor ready to tackle any and all client needs. We are skilled in rapid-response maintenance and repairs. Our principal focus, however, is servicing the multi-family industry. Its geographic market is focused on Texas with approximately 72% located in the greater Houston area.
