We have been in business since 2003 and started a private mortgage fund in 2014. The fund invests in real estate mortgages for bridge, commercial and other loans that banks won’t do. Our fund verifies the credit, income, values and titles of properties prior to funding. Most of our loans come from mortgage brokers in Colorado. All of the loans are below 65% loan-to-value and we have closed over 4,000 loans. The fund offers fixed rates of return from 7.50% – 9.00%. This rate is determined by the amount invested and the term of the investment. The minimum investment is $50,000 with a minimum term of 12 months. Interest is paid monthly after the 5th of the each month. Potential investors may contact other investors in the fund for references.
